1. Scope of SMS Use

TenderCare uses SMS text messaging exclusively for internal business communication among its W-2 employees. Text messaging is not used to communicate with clients, caregivers, referral partners, or members of the public. If you have received a text message from a TenderCare number in error, please reply STOP or contact our office directly at (407) 599-1900.

2. Information We Collect

In connection with this internal SMS use, TenderCare collects and stores:

– Employee mobile phone numbers, provided directly by the employee for work-related communication purposes.
– The content of SMS messages sent and received between TenderCare employees using company-provisioned communication systems.

3. How Information Is Used

Information collected through SMS is used solely to:

– Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and day-to-day business operations among employees.
– Facilitate internal communication when employees are away from the office (e.g., attending referral partner meetings or working in the field).
– Support normal business operations of TC Health Services LLC / TenderCare.

SMS is not used for marketing, automated bulk messaging, or promotional purposes.

4. Who Information Is Shared With

TenderCare does not sell, rent, or share employee phone numbers or SMS message content with third parties, affiliates, or marketing partners. SMS consent is not shared with third parties. Information may be disclosed only where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process, or as necessary to our SMS service provider (RingCentral) solely to deliver the messaging service itself.

5. Data Retention and Security

SMS message data is retained only as long as necessary for legitimate business or record-keeping purposes and is stored within TenderCare’s company-provisioned communication systems, subject to the same administrative safeguards TenderCare applies to its other internal business records.

6. Opt-Out

Employees may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS messages through this system, or contact TenderCare’s office directly at (407) 599-1900 to address any concerns about SMS communication.

7. Changes to This Policy

TenderCare may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

8. SMS Terms & Conditions

By using TenderCare’s internal SMS system, TenderCare employees agree to receive SMS messages related to internal business coordination, including scheduling, staffing updates, and day-to-day operational communication between employees (“conversations between employees”). These messages are not appointment reminders, order alerts, or consumer account notifications, as TenderCare does not use SMS to communicate with clients, caregivers, or the public.
