Who we are.
TenderCare is the trade name of TC Health Services LLC, licensed by Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration as a nurse registry, license #3014096. We’re independently owned, not a franchise or a national chain.
Where we are
Our office is at 283 Cranes Roost Blvd., Suite 134, in Altamonte Springs. We serve Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Brevard counties.
What we do
We refer CNAs, HHAs and companions for personal care, companion care and flexible hourly care.

Caregivers are independent contractors. We screen them, verify credentials and match them to families. See how it works.

How we choose caregivers.
Before a first referral, every caregiver completes Florida’s requirements for nurse registry caregivers, and we check their paperwork ourselves.
Screening
- Florida Level 2 background screening
- Government photo ID
- Signed independent contractor agreement
Health and training
- Current statement of health
- HIV/AIDS training
- Alzheimer’s and dementia training, as required for the role
Credentials
- CNA certification verified
- HHA training documented
- CPR for CNAs and HHAs

Is TenderCare a home health agency?
No. TenderCare is a nurse registry. We refer independent caregivers for non-medical personal care and companion care. We don’t provide skilled nursing or bill Medicare or Medicaid.
