However, if you prefer, we can conduct the assessment remotely via a video call or over the phone. This meeting is comprehensive—we discuss medical needs, environment, personality, and family goals to build a truly personalized plan.

Step 3: Custom Plan Design & Caregiver Match

  • What Happens: Based on the consultation, our leadership team crafts your personalized Plan for Dignity & Wellness and selects the best-suited caregiver from our small, curated team.

  • TenderCare Difference: We thoughtfully match personality and skills to ensure consistency and a strong relationship. You review and approve the finalized plan before care begins.

Step 4: Services Begin & Ongoing Oversight

  • What Happens: services begin on the agreed-upon date.

Furthermore, all clients receive access to our secure online patient portal, allowing you to easily view and adjust schedules, leave feedback, and track invoices in real time.
