Absolutely—we'd love to see you! Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, at 555 Winderley Place, Suite 300, Maitland, Florida 32751. Please call ahead so we can have a member of our leadership team on site for you!

Rates start at $25 per hour for standard shifts of 6 hours or longer. Shorter shifts have higher hourly rates to ensure our caregivers are fairly compensated for their time and travel.

Yes! We can accommodate shifts as short as 1 hour. Whether you need a quick hand putting away groceries or help choosing what to wear for the day, we've got you covered.

We only have two additional charges—everything else is included:

• $0.75 per mile for transportation – This goes directly to your caregiver to cover gas and vehicle maintenance. It only applies when you request transportation, such as trips to the doctor's office or errands.

• 1.5x rate for federal holidays – This ensures our caregivers and office staff are fairly compensated for working through their holidays so yours goes off without a hitch.

24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We can accommodate shifts as short as 1 hour or as long as needed. Some clients book just 1-2 hours per week, while others have round-the-clock care.

We accept ACH bank transfers and credit/debit cards. Credit card payments include a 2.99% processing fee, which comes from the card companies and does not benefit TenderCare.

No, our services are private pay only. However, some clients use long-term care insurance or veterans benefits to help cover costs. You're welcome to check with your insurance provider about potential reimbursement.

Our caregivers work as independent contractors and maintain their own professional liability insurance. You can verify coverage details directly with your assigned caregiver. TenderCare itself is fully bonded and meets all state and federal insurance requirements.

You have two easy options: call our office anytime (we're available 24/7), or log into your personal client portal to make changes directly. Please note that cancellations or hour reductions made with less than 24 hours' notice will still be charged at the full shift rate. This policy ensures our caregivers are compensated fairly. When they commit to your shift, they've arranged their schedule around it and often decline other opportunities they could have taken.
