Rates are set by the length of each visit, not by the level of care. No enrollment or placement fees.

What does TenderCare do?
TenderCare is a Florida-licensed nurse registry, license #3014096. We match families with screened, independent caregivers, including CNAs, HHAs and companions, for personal care and companion care at home.
What’s the difference between personal care and companion care?
Personal care includes hands-on help like bathing, dressing and toileting, from a CNA or HHA. Companion care is non-hands-on: company, meals, errands, rides and help around the house.
How much does home care cost?
For one person, standard rates are $37.50 per hour for visits under 4 hours, $33.00 for 4 to under 8 hours, and $26.75 for 8 hours or more. See pricing for couples, holidays and mileage.
How short can a visit be?
Visits start at one hour, so you pay only for the time you need. See hourly and flexible care.
Do you accept Medicare or insurance?
We accept private pay and long-term care insurance. We don’t bill Medicare or Medicaid.
