For referral partners.

For discharge planners, case managers, senior communities, elder-law attorneys and other professionals who help families arrange care at home in Greater Orlando.

Who’s a good fit.

TenderCare refers screened, independent caregivers for non-medical care at home. A client is usually a good fit when:

Needs

  • Help with bathing, dressing, toileting or moving safely
  • Company, meals, errands or rides
  • Someone nearby while family is away

Schedule

  • Visits from as little as one hour
  • Regular weekly routines
  • Longer shifts or overnights, when a caregiver is available

Location and payment

  • Orange, Seminole, Osceola or Brevard county
  • Private pay or long-term care insurance

What we don’t do.

TenderCare is a nurse registry, not a home health agency. Our caregivers don’t provide skilled nursing, give injections, provide wound care or administer medications, and we don’t bill Medicare or Medicaid. If a client needs skilled care, we’ll say so plainly.

How to refer.

01

Call or send an inquiry.

Call (407) 599-1900, or send the client’s details through our online inquiry form with the family’s permission.

02

We contact the family.

We talk through needs, schedule and cost, and offer a free consultation at home, by video or by phone.

03

We match a caregiver.

Once enrollment is complete, we match a caregiver and confirm each visit as it’s accepted.

Office: 283 Cranes Roost Blvd., Suite 134, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701. Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

How are caregivers screened?

Every caregiver completes a Florida Level 2 background screening, and we verify CNA and HHA credentials and required training before a first referral.

What does care cost?

Rates are set by visit length and are the same for any level of care. See current pricing. No enrollment or placement fees.

What areas do you serve?

Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Brevard counties. See our service area.

Can visits be short?

Yes. Visits start at one hour, which can help clients who need a little support at key times of day. See hourly and flexible care.
