Before you call, plainly.
How much does care cost?
For one person, standard new-client rates are $37.50 per hour for visits under 4 hours, $33.00 for 4 to under 8 hours, and $26.75 for 8 hours or more. Straightforward pricing, no enrollment or placement fees. See pricing.
How short can a visit be?
Visits start at one hour. See hourly and flexible care.
Do you accept Medicare or insurance?
We accept private pay and long-term care insurance. We don’t bill Medicare or Medicaid.
How do I change my schedule once care starts?
Call the office or make changes in your client portal. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reduced hours.
I’m a caregiver. How do I apply?
